Ethan is done crushing on Violet. He has played the role of her best friend for too long and is ready to take the next step. He is convinced that she isn't submissive until he sees what she is hiding under her bed.
Violet can't believe that Ethan has discovered her secret desires. She can't fathom a relationship let alone him dominating her. When he pushes for more she has to decide. Pursue her submission or let it stay on the back burner?
I loved how Ethan and Violet's relationship evolved and watching them both journey down the rabbit hole. I will definitely be reading more of Devlin's work.
